Converter is plugged cant replace right away there is no emissions test in my county

PROBABLY HAVE AN O2 SENSOR DOWNSTREAM---PROBABLY BEST TO REPLACE YOUR CAT

IF THIS IS CORRECT, IT DOESN'T SOUND TOO BAD!

I'M SURE A SMALL INDEPENDENT MA AND POP TYPE MUFFLER SHOP MIGHT INSTALL IT, WITH OUT WHINING THAT IT WAS NOT PURCHASED FROM THEM
