2004 dodge durango hemi motor. The battery is fulled charged. The lights, power windows, horn all works. Just want turn thr motor over. What could be wrong

Could be the starter motor. Have someone check for power on the little wire on the starter when in the start position

I replaced the starter, checked fuses, key battery and still want still. What do I check now? Thanks
