Rear hatch door not opening

My rear hatch door is not opening and over head lights are not working. I checked BCM 1 Feed fuse is blown. And when I go to replace it, it automatically blows again. Need to find out why. Please

You have to have a dead short for it to blow that fast. Have you checked the wiring from the fuse panel to the door / lights? Chances are there is a bear spot that is causing the short.
