Car stuck in park.

I have a 04 pacifica and I have been having problems getting the car out of park. The car starts fine but when I shut it off the power stays on and the car battery dies. Than after the battery is dead I jump start it and the car works fine. I have been having this problem for about two weeks. I have replaced the body control module and it is still happening. Help me please!

Do you have a remote car starter?
If so check brake light switch operation
if not scan for codes check ignition switch

No I don't have a remote starter the only light that I noticed that was constantly on was the air bag light. Do you think the ignition switch to cause the car to stay in park?
