Chev Trailblazer LS EXT 04

Part of my A/C blower works but not the front top(not defrost). I checked all the fuses and nothing is bad. The fan blows cause some air comes out of the bottom and defrost sections when I select the front vents but it seems like something is blocking it from blowing from the top. It was working one day and then it stopped. The only thing that I can think of is when I took apart the dash to instal a radio but I had done that in previous occasions and nothing like this happened. Not sure what else to do?

You could have messed up some duct work but there is not way to know that from here.

Ouch, that sounds expensive. So I'm assuming that by this point I should take it to a shop? Unless there's a way to check it myself.
