Car won't start

Two days ago I had my exhaust manifold, catalytic converter and O2 Sensor changed. Now all LED lights come on and the security light is blinking when I turn the ignition key, and it doesn't turn over the engine.

The security system has the engine shut down. You need to have it checked by a dealer. They are the only ones that have the proper test equipment to determine security issues.
