2004 Chevy Suburban won't start. Was running and message light came on saying "low in oil". Changed oil and filter; and then oil leaked due to faulty filter. Went to store to exchange filter and on the way, it stopped running. Replaced oil and filter again. Starter would only turn and click. Replaced starter too. When key is turned to start;it only clicks. Now there is a message that comes on that says "reduce motor power". Gas tank is 3/4 full. What can be my problem?

Could be one of the following starter relay, P/N switch and the ignition switch. Assuming the battery condition and connections are clean/tight
