My 4 wheel drive will not disengage

I am unable to unlock 4 wheel drive. 2 wheel light will flash but will not engage. Auto light will light solid but truck is still in 4 wheel drive. In Auto mode light will go solid but 4 wheel drive is still engaged. 2 wheel drive light will flash but 4 wheel light will go solid.

Have it scanned for codes. It needs to be both hard and soft codes.

I will also need to know what model transfer case and which Silverado you have; 1500 or 2500
Transfer case models:
NVG 149-NP3
NVG 246-NP8
NVG 261-NP2
