I have a 2004 chevy impala 3.4L I had a short in the cig lighter and electrical wires melted in dash I pulled fuses to accesories heating, ac, radio, etc. To try and get the car to start I have power to ignition and from ignition but power is not reaching the starter. I have power for pcm crank fuse and power to crank relay but no power at abs/pcm fuse or pcm clustr fuse I have removed dash and instrument panels to gain access to wiring harness so I do not know if the theft light is coming on when key is turned or not when the key is in the on or start position I hear nothing. Please help

Spray starting fluid in the throttle body and see if it starts, its a fuel problem. If it does not start it is a electricial issue. Gl
