Spark plug burnt really bad

2004 Cadillac cts. Just replaced 4 weeks ago the previous spark plug was also burnt, what would cause this? Cadillac plug keeps misfiring the same cylinder, white ash deposits on old plug new plug 4 weeks old the bottom of the spark plugs is gone.

The cylinder is too hot melting the plug. Start with a compression test to verify the cylinder is ok.
Then the injector needs to be checked as well. The coil needs to be checked. Check for vacuum leaks making it run lean.
I would get help from a shop for this diag
