I have a 2004 Cadillac CTS 3.6l and I wanna know why does it jumps when it changes gears sometimes?

It could be a few things. Check to make sure the trans fluid is full and clean. If there is a check engine light on, have the computer scanned to identify trouble codes. It could also be from a faulty shift solenoid, TCM. However, electrical issues should set the light and provide codes.
