Transmisson fluid is heavily leaking when u pull off from stop light hard jerking in gears winding noise rpm gage jumps around I've replace the gasket an seal to the pan but continues to still pour out I can put a qt of fluid in drive aroun when car is really good an warm gears will jerk hard shift an all the fluid wil b completly gone

You need to locate the source of the leak. Check to make sure none of the cooling lines are leaking. Also, check to make sure the fluid isn't leaking from the front pump seal.

Let me know what you find. Also, if it is dumping the fluid out, I wouldn't drive it until the leak is repaired. You may end up doing more damage to it.
