Instrument gages not working. How hard is it to to get a cluster repair kit and do it yourself?

There is no such kit. The cluster must be replaced as a unit

You can google gm gauge cluster to find a shop that rebuilds them. I had it done about a year and half ago and have no problems with the rebuilt one.
