I am replacing the top intake manifold on my car and when I got to the part where I install the vacum hoses on the back on the manifold I noticed that I only had the big hose. I cant find a small hose anywhere and was wandering what the small port is for or where the hose connects to.

Did the old manifold have the port? If not then just leave it capped.

Then I don't understand your question. If you removed a hose from that location the the old one, then put it back on this one.
