mirrors are not folding up

I have a BMW 330ci coupe 2004 model, the side mirrors are not folding up when the engine is turned off and im trying to work out the reason for this. I know it isnt a fuse that has blown, so just wonderingif there is a particular reason this is happening

Could be a loose connection between the body harness and the door harness. Bad relay.
