2004 Audi A6 Electrical System, fuses, Repair

2004 Audi A6 6 cyl Automatic 8500 miles

I was replacing a fuse before my check engine and my ESP warning lights came on, the car idles weird now and sometimes at slower speeds feels like it might die- it hasn't yet. I took it to autozone and they checked it on that machine, the guy printed off like 12 different codes for me, alot of them refer to different sensors, and low power, some say stuff about air and fuel- my gas mileage is getting worse. I just want to know if the problem is simply resetting something a fuse or sensor, or if that fuse caused more damage? How do I know which codes to use? I am so confused?

Ok so if you would get me the codes they should be P? Numbers. I need to know if you are willing to work on this car or if you are not so comfortable doing this. Now I just fixed a car with this problem and it turned out to be a Mass air flow sensor and the coils. Some of this is on factory recall so first call you local Audi dealer and have them run you Vin number to see if any of this may be covered on yours. Get back to me with what you find and the codes and if you are comfortable enough doing some tests to see what you need to replace. I also need to know which A6 it is an avanti or quattro or what. I'm an owner of a 2004 A6 3.0 since new. Have had numerous electrical problems, now faced with a $2000 bill for an ecm and sensors. Due to water flooding damage. During a torrential rain.

Have there been any recalls on this issue. Also, have had a constant problem with the front end. Seems that the dealer claims I need new struts. After they fixed everything in the front. Any recalls in this category. Also the sunroof leaking. Any recalls. Thanks for the help.

There are no recall on it for either problem. The only recalls are for dashboard and fuel system. Sorry.
