2004 ACURA TL
I'm doing an transmission oil change on my Acura, so I was wondering if I need to buy 9 quarts and do the 3x3 or should I just do the 3 quart one time oil change?

According to the maintenance information it should be changed every 30,000 miles. I have provided the information in the pics.

Depending on the condition of the present oil, if it is not really bad, one single change should be sufficient but if condition is bad (dark or brownish), 3 x 3 would be a better idea.
