2003 Vauxhall Movano Drive Belt tensioner rattling

Hi I had timing done and head gasket. My belt tensioner rattled so replaced it with new belt as well. Also put new alternator on and power steering pump but it still rattles. If the timing is out would this make drive belt tensioner rattle. Thanks

we have no info on these cars but normally a tensioner and belt should be replaced at same time and that is around 60,000 miles check your other pulleys and alignment of belt that may be the problem
