Keeps blowing fuses and the battery keeps dying. The fuse for the dash instruments keeps blowing. Have gone through the wiring and found where there was a loose wire fixed that. Seemed fine for about 2 days. The fuse blows when ever you go from park and put it into gear. Could it be anything other than a wire grounding out? Some one was saying it could be something about the speed something sensor? Any ideas?

Do you have to be moving for it to happen or does it happen when just sitting still holding the brake and putting it in gear.

Just happens when stopped. Going from park to drive or reverse.

It sounds like a short in the steering column.
