Battery light flickers/stays on ABS light on

I have tested the battery and alternator and both are in good working condition. battery light flickers then stays on, ABS light comes on after about 5 minutes. If there is a short somewhere, where do I start? could this be a costly expensive if taken to dealership or machanic?

have you checked voltage at battery when light is flickering/on and before to see if it changes?
