Power ports and Power rear hatch don't work?

The front power ports (cigarette lighter) don't work and the power rear hatch don't work. I figured it was a fuse but can't seem to find any of the fuses that are blown?

Check cig lighter to see if it's a hot or ground problem.

And what model sienna? Le/xle/other

I believe it's an xle (not completly sure since it's the wife's car).

Did you look at fuses in all the places?
