I just replaced the 100 amp fuse in my 2003.

I just replaced the 100 amp fuse in my 2003 toyota matrix and my lights and everything are back but she stil will not start. She won't even try to turn over. What could this problem be.

You need to check/test the starting circuit.
If the 100 A fuse was blown due to reversing the polarity of the battery while making a jump start, other fuses could be blown as well.
