My car needs a new catalytic converter

Is there an aftermarket replacement catalytic converter that is California approved? Need to replace catalytic converter on my car and I am looking for options....

Yes there is but you have to get one that is carb approved for california all the ones i have seen online arent they say not for california and will not ship to california.I have live ca so i have ran into this problem.Your best bet is to shop around at the auto parts stores and the exhaust shops and see where you can find the better deal.Ask the exhaust shops how much labor would be to install the cat if you bought one.Also how much it would be all together to have them install one of there cats.That way you can see which way is cheaper.

Most aftermarket exhaust manufactures make CA. compliant convertors (magnaflow, walker).
