Overhead light bulbs burnt out, a/c compressor turn off and clock resets every time I start engine?

What could be the issue? 1- Overhead Light bulb burnt out, days later, both overhead map light bulbs burnt out too, every time I start the engine the clocks reset and the a/c compressor is turned off, what could be the issue?
