Driver door lock actuator is buzzing?

Hello,

It sounds like the faulty door lock actuator is triggering the immobilizer / anti-theft of this vehicle.
The actuator is likely shorted out and sending error signal to the mobilizer and that is why you will have to disconnect the battery to reset it.

You will have to change the door lock actuator and reset the immobilizer in order for it to work properly.
To replace the actuator you will have to remove the inner door panel.
