SAAB won't start

Saab has new battery, but won't start. Makes click-click noise. Driver window got damaged and inside of door got wet. Any help?

SORRY TO SAY BUT THE REPAIRS WILL BE EXPENSIVE, IF U BUY NEW COMPONENTS, BUT CHECK THIS WEBSITE GOLDWING SAAB. COM GET # & CALL THEM, U WILL NEED WHAT IS CALLED A TWICE MODULE, THIS UNIT ALLOWS THE CAR TO START, IT WILL COME WITH A NEW KEY REMOTE U WILL NEED TO TAKE CAR TO DEALER TO GET IT PROGRAMMED TO THE VEHICLE, THIS UNIT IS LOCATED UNDER YOUR DRIVER SEAT MOUNTED UNDER THE CARPET TO THE FLOOR. GOOD LUCK.
