Saab has new battery, but won't start. Makes click-click noise. Driver window got damaged and inside of door got wet. Any help?

COM GET # & CALL THEM, U WILL NEED WHAT IS CALLED A TWICE MODULE, THIS UNIT ALLOWS THE CAR TO START, IT WILL COME WITH A NEW KEY REMOTE U WILL NEED TO TAKE CAR TO DEALER TO GET IT PROGRAMMED TO THE VEHICLE, THIS UNIT IS LOCATED UNDER YOUR DRIVER SEAT MOUNTED UNDER THE CARPET TO THE FLOOR.
