What controls the voltage regulater output?

Did you have the new alternator tested before you left the store?Also make sure you have battery voltage going to the B+ terminal of the alternator the one with the nut holding the wire to the alternator. The pcm controls the voltage on the alternator. Do you have any codes?Have you checked yet?If not scan the computer for codes and let me know the exact code numbers you have.
