The check engine light comes on and it wont start at all, then i'll quickly turn the key off and then back on and it will turn over for a few cranks, fire and then die and the check engine light will go back off until i reset the key to do it again.
The car was having trouble starting and then die when i would put it in gear, but it would always kick back on and I wouldn't have any problems for a couple days or so. It did this occasionally for the past couple weeks. Check engine light came on at one point and had it checked, was coded for emission problem but it was just the gas cap and the light went back off.
