ok i went out and started my van to warm it up came back out and it was not running anymore so i figured it ran out of gas so i put gas in it primed the fuel pump and tried to start it and nothing it turns over but does not start my mechanic said it is air in the fuel rail and has done it many times told me where the valve was and to bleed the air out but i can not find it please help me my van is a 2003 Oldsmobile silhouette

no such thing as air in the rail, self bleeding.

how did you prime it???? it primes itself

if it ran out of gas, you most likely burned out the pump as the gas is lube for the pump.
