2003 Altima- frequently my head lights flash or go dim or come on when the switch is off, my wipers won't work during this time and all my dash lights flicker. Then all of a sudden, everything works. I'll hear a ticking noise coming from the passenger side engine compartment during this 'issue'. Once the ticking stops everything seems to work fine. Service center states voltage is fine with alternator and i've replaced the battery. They can't troubleshoot until it happens. Of course it wont when they have it.

This seems to be a fault with the Inteligient Power Distribution Module Engine/Relay (IPDM E/R) or Body Control Module(BCM). Check for loose or bad contacts of the wiring connectors under the IPDM E/R.

Check for poor grounding circuits.
Get a scan done to see if any trouble codes are present in system.
