How many catalytic converters does a 2003 nissan altima 2.5 s have? If it has more than one, is a shop responsible for replacing all of them?

From the data I found the car should have 1 convertor/ There is bulletin refering to replacing the cat under warranty for 8 years/80,000 miles, would have to contact Nissan and find out if the vehicle falls in that range.
