When I turned my car on after getting gas the power windows stopped working the speakers also stopped working at the same time. About 100 miles later I stopped again when I turned it on the dome lights, radio, and clock stopped working. The 30 amp power windows fuse blew I took the deck and amp out then tried to replace the fuse. It blows instantly with or without the deck in. The 10 amp fuse for the stereo also blew again after I replaced it but not instantly about an hour after I replaced it there is a factory amp under the passenger seat that I have not removed. Any help would be awesome.

You might look for frayed or broken wires between the driver's door hinges. To avoid having to replace fuses, use a pair of spade terminals plugged into the fuse box in place of the blown fuse, then use a pair of jumper wires to connect a 12 volt light bulb in place of that fuse. If the short is present, the bulb will be full brightness so don't lay it on carpeting or against plastic door panels. When you disconnect something or wiggle a harness that makes the short go away momentarily, the bulb will get dim or go out.
