I am getting bird chirping noises from the back of the motor. It doesn't happen to make the noises right away from start up. Mainly 4 to 5 mins after start up. It can be quiet or it could be loud. It's not a continuity noise. I've checked the drive belt and the water pump. Nothing is leaking in the truck. My neighbor thinks it could have dust in the motor because I don't drive it much. I noticed the noise a few weeks after camping we went camping. I just want to know if I have to take it in a get a huge bill.

It's not dust in the motor. You may have a cracked flywheel or broken harmonic balancer.

I looked online on youtube for the noise to both and doesn't sound like it at all.

This is what it sounds like 43 seconds into the video. But like I said I can't hear the nosie while driving and the sound doesn't always happen. Also the sound can stop and start up at any time. For the most part the noise has only been loud twice that I know of. Oh I forgot to tell you its a manual transmission. No cruise control or anything special like that no power windows. Just basic as it comes.

Yes, a cam sensor synchronizer can make a noise like that. You need to bring it to a shop that is capable of isolating the source of the sound. We can't hear your car from here.
