Radiator Fan

We have a 2003 Lincoln LS V8. Replaced 2 radiator fans-they keep burning out/motors burning up. Please help

Need OHM meter check Black/Yellow wire fron fan connector to engine bolck should be "O" ohms. Are fans FOMOCO or after market?
