power locks unlock with button door and fob but won't lock with either when you hit lock you hear a clicking noise on drivers side floor area

The clicking noise should be from the control unit. Seems the relay within the control unit for locking is faulty and if you can get anyone to replace the relay for yuo, you should be able to get it to work.
