2003 Kia Carnival crank but no start

The diesel nozzle not opening. I.E not spraying diesel. The 2.9 crdi wgt engine will not start either when cold or warm. I change the engine control unit, immobilliser thesame result, then, when we snuff it with passing petrol through the heater channel, it starts but go off after about 3 minutes. Later it was discovered that the nozzles were not operating while cranking but only operate with the help of a generic scan tool actuation.

Dod you have any trouble codes?
Is the fuel pressure correct?
Did you use the scan tool to monitor the camsensor?
