My left rear door does not open from the outside.

My left rear door does not open from the outside or inside, and now my left front passenger door does not open from the outside. The remote can be hear opening and locking. Please can someone tell me what to do?

Ou have to pull the door panel off and see if clips have broken or fallen off to not operate the lock mechanism. Make sure you r door lock switch isn't on onmain panel. Also if youcar ahs the child lock feature you'll need to m ake sure that is off but you need the door open to check that.
