Car is making a sound like air is leaking

My car is making a sound like air is leaking that seems like it is coming from the brake area. When I push the brake in completely, the noise stops. It appears to be coming from a circular round rubbery thing with holes in it. Can you tell me what this part is?

Rubbery accordian-like part with a metal circular rim with holes in it

What brake area? Is it coming from the brake booster-Check the vacuum hose that connects to the booster, also check valve and the booster itself

Your best bet is bring it in and have it checked out-The brakes are the most dangerous thing within the vehicle sub-systems-yours and others are at stake-Think!
