Can you blow a waterpump on a 2003 jaguar if you do the tune up or oil change? The heat is not working it only blows cold air. When I turn the car off it sounds like the car is still running well the fan is still going. And when I drive it looks like smoke is coming from under the hood but the car is not over heating.

Check the coolant level when the car is cool or when the top radiator hose is soft that means there is no pressure in the coolant system. If its low then there are some coolant tubes under the intake that have to be disconnected when a tune up is done. The orings are only available from jaguar but theyre not expensive. The smoke you see is coolant burning off the top of the motor. Your temp gauge will not read hot I the coolant is low so check the level first. The plastic coolant bottle is also a known common leak especially where the small hose goes in the top
