So I was driving my car at around 30 mph. Then I felt what I think was a combustion then the car just died. When I put the car in park and tried to start it again the engine would turn and keep turning, but it won't start. So I tried looking for the problem when I noticed that my battery died. I don't know what the problem is.

Have you checked to see if there is spark and fuel to the engine? Did the engine sound odd when you were trying to start it?
