MY CAR ISNT STARTING

My car isn't starting. The temperature is -40 degrees celsius. Yesterday when I tried starting it, the radio and clock came on, but when I went to turn the key, all of the lights flickered in it very quickly and then stopped. I tried using booster cables with a different car and that didn't work. I plugged it in overnight and it has been twenty four hours with still nothing. What can I do to get my car started again?

Battery most likely froze at that temp. You need a new battery to start. It will never come back by charging it.
