In the inside of a Honda civic, the square piece attached to the lever for the hood, how much would it cost to replace it? The latch that is in the car?

If only the lever arm broke, the part shouldn't be more than 25.00.

Yea it should not be to costly abut 25 for part and no more than 1 hr labor
