Do you have a automatic climate control system or a manual system? You can retrieve fault code by pressing a sequence of buttons on the climate control panel. The sequence is different for both systems. This will help you diagnose with out changing parts by chance. If you can get a code, this will help pin down if it is a panel/module issue or a component of the A/C heater system. Post back which control system you have. I will direct you from there.

With ignition off, set the fan switch to off, temp dial to max and mode control to vent. Turn key on(ii), press and hold recirculation button, while holding press the rear defrog button fives times within 10 seconds. The recirculation light will blink two times indicating self test is in progress. Codes 1 through 6 are for climate control, 7 and 8 are for a/c evaporator temp sensor.
