2003 GMC Other DRL Are Dirty/Foggy

Hello,
The DRL are dirty on my Yukon Denali XL and the bulb now needs to be changed. I am just going to change both bulbs because I know that if I don't the working one will blow and I'll have to end up doing it anyway. Nevertheless, while in the process of changing the bulbs, I would like to clean the film out, if possible and I would like to know what method you recommend and what solutions (if any) do you recommend to best clean them?

It may be on the outside so try one of the headlight cleaners. If it' sinside replace the whole assembly
