Driving in straight line a rotational thumping eminates from front left wheel/suspension. This noise increases in volume and intensity when turning. I suspect a worn or partially frozen CV jiont. What's your take on the situation? I've recently replaces both broken front springs, within two weeks. At the time care was taken not to damage the CV axles of shafts.

No I wouldn't. I would suspect either a bad hub bearing or irregular tire wear. You can move the tire to eliminate them as possibilities.
