Coolant Resevoir Issues

Pretty recently had my radiator and hoses replaced. My coolant resevoir was empty yesterday and there was a puddle on my driveway, what could this be?

Best thing to do is go to auto zone auto parts rent there coolant pressure tester with the ford adapter pump up the cooling system and find the leak that way.

It was my resevoir cap! It was stripped out, so pressure would build up in the tank and overflow. $5 fixed it!
