Turbo just stopped working once I changed the inner cooler

I have a ford galaxy 53 plate, I just changed my inner cooler and now my turbo not working please may you tel me what the problem is?

There may be damage to the hose, follow it and there may be a split some where that will cause the turo to stop working, this has happen to me before
