I have a DTC P204 Injector Circuit Malfunction on injector 4. I tested the resistance on the injectors and they all were within specs 14.1 ohms and I tested the plug it is getting 12v and I am getting a signal for the injector. So does any one know what steps to take now. I would appreciate it. This just happened after I took the injectors out and cleaned them and put it back on and got this code it was never there before this.I would appreciate some help.

Have you tried moving the injector to another cylinder to see if the code changes?

Disconnect the #4 fuel injector and inspect the connector ends and wires. If that looks ok then with the engine running using a test light check for power at the green/red wire. If power is present connect one side of test light to POS side of battery and the other to the black/orange wire at injector connector, the light should flash.
