starting revving by itself

5.4L gas engine revs out rpm I put a throttle body spacer on my f250 gas engine and when I turned it on it starting revving by itself and wouldn't stop what's going on?

big vacuum leak. did you use 2 new gaskets??

Yes I did was I supposed to take original gasket off?
