2003 Ford F-250 Engine not starting

I went and changed my fuel filters in my 2003 F250 proceeded to "purge" the system the truck will turn over but it will not start

You failed to mention it was the diesel, but it looks like you got air in the system tell me exactly what you did step-by-step changing the filter

We went down and ordered new fuel filter and replaced both the upper and the lower filter draining off all the fuel' to have a clean start we put the filters back together again and at first it fired up then died on its own and wouldn't start again it does turn over but wont start. We went down and bought new "O" rings to put on both filters we oiled the bottom one like we are supposed to and put it all back together again it has a little bit of smoke coming out the exhaust when we are turning her over but again she still wont fire. We have purged the system numerous times with little result, Yesterday we went an bought another new "O" ring oiled and put it in the bottom fuel filter.

Removed both filters again make sure they are full of fuel, if you have ran out of fuel which it sounds like you will probably need to fill the fuel filter chamber's full of fuel print it for 10 seconds and then check in again and make sure they stay full.
